Dette udviklingslab finder sted under Sofia International Film Festival, og er åben for alle europæiske biografer - uanset om man er medlem af Europa Cinemas eller ej. Der er et begrænset antal pladser på 30, og fordelingen fungerer efter først til mølle princip. Dog vil ansøgninger fra biografer, som aldrig har deltaget i Euroopa Cinemas seminar før blive prioriteret.
Følgende områder vil blive afdækket:
• Programming strategies to target new audiences.
• Promoting the film theatre with social media.
• Rethink the layout of our venues.
• Open the film theatre to new content and new audiences.
• Brand-building of the film theatre.
• Working in partnership and networking.
