MEDIA-dag på Berlinalen

SAVE THE DATE. Mandag den 13. februar 2017 inviterer Europa-Kommisionen til European Film Forum og MEDIA showcase under Berlin Filmfestivalen.

Programmet for dagen er delt op i to halvdele: Først på dagen vil de politiske beslutningstagere og repræsentanter fra den audiovisuelle industri diskutere, hvordan den kreative og kulturelle sektors udnyttelse af 'big data' kan optimeres igennem hele værdikæden fra projekt- til publikumsudvikling.

I programmets anden halvdel sættes der fokus på sammenhængen mellem film, demokrati og teknologi. Med afsæt i en række præsentationer af innovative MEDIA-støttede projekter vil skaberne bag diskutere, hvordan man med film og digitale projekter kan formidle og sætte fokus på centrale samfundsproblematikker. Denne del af programmet modereres af Wendy Mitchell (Screen International) og fra Danmark deltager Signe Byrge, producer og stifter af Final Cut for Real.

Arrangementet afholdes på Ritz-Carlton Hotel d. 13. februar fra kl. 9.30-18.00 og er åbent for alle, der arbejder professionelt i den audiovisuelle branche. Det er gratis at deltage.
