Berlin magazine out now

MAGAZINE. Read about the five Danish films at the Berlinale in our festival magazine FILM#71.

The Berlin Film Festival has traditionally a strong showing of children and youth films. This year three Danish titles are competing in the Generation sections, which can be seen as a tip of the hat to the longstanding tradition in Danish film policy of producing moving images for young audiences.

FILM#71, published on the occasion of the Berlinale 2011, brings interviews with the directors of "The Great Bear", "Skyscraper" and "Rebounce", and DFI film commissioner for children and youth Rasmus Horskjær talks about the challenges in making films for the toughest audience in the business.

Read this and much more in FILM#71 which also brings you an interview with Danish Shooting Star Pilou Asbæk, whose latest performance was as prisoner R in one of 2010's most astonishing feature debuts.
