"Sunshine Barry & The Disco Worms" selected for Sprockets Family Zone, Toronto

The animated feature film "Sunshine Barry & the Disco Worms" is selected for the Sprockets Family Zone programme at the Toronto International Film Festival (4-13 September).

"Sunshine Barry" is directed by Thomas Borch Nielsen, scripted by Morten Dragsted and produced by Nina Crone for Crone Film. The Danish release is set for 10 October 2008.

This highly entertaining film is about Barry, an earthworm, who doesn't find life easy at the bottom of the foodchain where little respect is shown. His life, however, is turned upside down after he hears an old disco-record and suddenly sees his destiny before him: the star of the world's greatest discoband, Sunshine Barry & The Disco Worms! Okay, he's got no arms, no rhythm and no band. But as Barry says: "We'll make it anyway!"

International sales are handled by Sola Media.
