EFA nominations

NOMINATIONS. Three Danish films are represented among the European Film Academy nominees announced Saturday 6 November at the Seville European Film Festival. Besides 'Armadillo' and 'Out of Love', running in their respective categories, Jacob Cedergren will contend for Best Actor for his performance in Thomas Vinterberg's awardwinning film 'Submarino'.

Seville European Film Festival was a festive background for the nominations for the European Academy Awards announced Saturday 6 November. The Danish films are:

Nominated for Best Documentary Film: 'Armadillo' by Janus Metz and Fridthjof Film
Nominated for Best Short Film: 'Out of Love' by Birgitte Stærmose and Alphaville Pictures Copenhagen
Nominated for Best Actor: 'Jakob Cedergren for his performance in Thomas Vinterberg and Nimbus Film's 'Submarino'

The 23rd European Film Awards will take place in Tallinn, the Estonian capital on the Baltic coast on 4 December 2010.
