Danish films — Nordic Panorama

Amsterdam winner "Burma VJ", Berlin competitor "Cathrine" and Odense Grand Prix winner "Side by Side" are some of the Danish titles that will screen at Nordic Panorama.

In all 18 Danish short fiction and documentary films will be showcased at Nordic Panorama, the annual event drawing filmmakers, distributors, financiers and cinema-lovers to one of the Nordic centres, this time Rejkjavik, Iceland.

Other highlights are Olavi Linna's short fiction "Restless in Paradise", which will celebrate its international premiere in the documentary competition together with Mads Brügger's "The Red Chapel", a worldwide sales hit and competitor at Hot Docs Toronto.  And Rúnar Rúnarsson's short fiction "Anna" will open the festival. 

The programme New Nordic Voices includes Saskia Bisps documentary film "Nobody Passes Perfectly", which looks at redefining gender. Produced under the wing of the talent development scheme New Danish Screen.
