With EU's new privacy law (GDPR) in play from 25 May, requirements for the protection of personal data have been increased.
Most significantly, the new law means you have the right to know what kind of data is collected about you and request them to be corrected or deleted.
You also have the right to oppose how your personal information is processed and limit its use.
