Honey has just started in a new class, and she does everything she can to join the school band and get a little closer to the boy Liam, whom she's in love with. Her family is totally chaotic, and Honey tries to help everyone as best as she can. When Honey suddenly discovers that the grandfather she thought was dead is actually alive and in a nursing home just outside town, she contacts him without telling her mother. And maybe Honey's rebellious grandfather is exactly what Honey needs to learn to stand up for herself."
