The pusher Severin has been ordered to guard the stasher E, who has lost drugs belonging to their boss Tommy 27, in a decrepit old house in the middle of nowhere. The first night, Severin hears E crying and feels bad for him. He is not comfortable being involved with the pusher scene or dealing with the loneliness that comes with it.
Over the next three days, with only each other for company, Severin and E form a bond that makes it difficult for Severin to leave E to his fate once Tommy arrives to deal with him. Should he save E or take the opportunity to get away?
He ends up saving E even though it means that he needs to leave the people he loves behind.
