A documentary about a small society - 15 adults and a boy at the age of nine - who live isolated in the village of Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands »at the edge of the western world where Europe meets the Atlantic Ocean«. Gásadalur is the last village without road access on the Faroe Islands. Myths and legends are living elements.
