Airmax and the Cottonball Monsters

Little Baby has had good results with her chemistry experiment wherein tiny and innocent cotton balls are transformed into gigantic monsters. She uses her poor baby-sitter Nanni as a guinea pig. Seeing that the cotton balls are steamrollering all and everything into quartered surfaces, the bum, Max finds himself in the position of having to change into the superhero, Airmax, to save the city from total annihilation.
