Almost everything about 10 year old Bertil is completely normal. His mom and dad are pretty normal. Even his big sister and little brother are entirely normal. But something that’s not completely normal is Bertil’s fanny pack. Because it’s magical and also has the ability to talk. And it even has the magical ability to conjure up all sorts of weird things. It may sound pretty cool to have a magical fanny pack but sometimes it can also be pretty annoying. The fanny pack keeps getting Bertil into trouble that Bertil then has to wiggle his way out of. And it’s not always a success. Especially not for Bertil.
