The glasshouse prisoner

Jens Arentzen, Denmark, 1996

43 min.DK/Short fiction

Using a humorous, revue-like style, this unconventional film addresses children and young people with the aim of telling them about alcohol and its abuse. Two entertainers present the »secret baby« that live inside all of us and tempts us to drink too much. The film suggests that the important thing is to learn to control this »secret baby«. Brief information is also given about the effects of alcohol on the body.

Fra Filemaker: Svend Åge is an aging prisoner. His son, Max, is doing well in the world "outside" - or so Svend Åges wife tells him - and quite unaware that his father is in jail. One day, a new inmate arrives at the gates to serve the most severe sentence ever handed out for violence and drug-related crime. It's Max.
