A screenwriter is given the chance to meet a female producer. They inspire each other both artistically and romantically. Together, they dream about the individual scenes, and their game develops into a cavalcade of different film genres, where they themselves play the lead roles. We are taken on a tour de force through everything from French New Wave to German discount porn and Ingmar Bergman to Danish specialities à la Korch and Dogme.
