'Defect Donations' is the history of three Nepali persons, who fight to keep the population alive.
Yam is a doctor, who does everything from c-section to fixing fractures. Tuk is the hospital director, who himself comes from a very poor background, and now have made it his life passion to help the poorest of the poor. Laxman is the young engineer, who tries to keep the hospitals equipment running and repair the donations that never worked.
The many local hospitals need basic tools, to help the dying patient, and that is one of the reasons Denmark spends a lot of money on sending used quipment to development countries - though it does little good to recieve 300 wheelchairs ar a local hospital when the need is 2.
The story takes place on a local Nepalese hospital, where all three work hard every day, to fix the equipment and save the lives of the patients.
