Mao: "Grib dagen, grib timen"

Not only is chairman Mao a revolutionary leader and thinker, he is also an artist who in poems written in the classic tradition expresses his experiences and visions. In this film, seven of Mao's poems are sung, read and interpreted, and through them we get a picture of the Chinese revolution from its first beginning until today.
