Mongo-punk

For the first time, from the 8th to the 10th of March 1985, a festival for the mentally retarded is arranged. It assumes the form of a festival with theatre, stalls, fun and music. We follow two pupils from the Isefjord School during the staging of a play in which they take part. The film conveys their experience of the festival.
