The director Tómas Gislason went to USA to make Road TV about his own experience of The Land of God in a period where several events took place: the O.J. Simpson-case and the Oklahoma-bomb among others left the American militia movement and other pression groups on the political agenda. In a state of fear, paranoia and edged world images Tómas is moving around between militia people, black and white racists, TV-commentators and priests trying to find his own point of view. A travelling, jumping, shaking image of our own time.
