We are shown a number of scenes from the Faroe islands. We meet a trawler, a man at a filetting station, a woman whose husband is on a long voyage, an inshore fisherman and a farmer. They feel very insecure about the EEC - the majority are against. A retired fisherman ends up with saying: Within the EEC, we would be nothing but a back street in a big city - we would disappear.
