Partners Hans Kristensen (director) and Hans Hansen (script) foreswore their edgy social realism comedy style to dive head first into wacko farcial story of cousins Aage and Viggo in general revolt against generally everything. The filmmakers are obviously inspired by Chaplin as well as by their uniquely offbeat-talented lead players, Tommy Kenter and Jesper Christensen.
