We bear our Child

A personal account giving an insight into the active and shared preparations for the childbirth by a couple of parents-to-be. The couple work at home with relaxation exercises, with breathing techniques and together they 'go over' the birth. The man attends at all the midwife examinations and at the delivery itself which is followed closely.
