Nine young women sit around a summer house drinking. This is the recurrent scene in VOODOO EUROPA. A party that already has been going on for too long, where the hours no longer succeed each other but instead form a claustrophobic space with no possiblility for escape. The women laugh, tell jokes, confide in each other and tell stories, but drunk intimacy turns into contempt, aggression and naked vulnerability.
