An artist has chosen a famous actor to collaborate on a feature film. As the Artist and Actor start to know one another, they cast their Alter Egos. They each choose three actors to portray and reveal their different characteristics, while they are staying in the studio. At one point, the Artist plants the idea that they should conceive an Art Child, who will be the perfect combination of herself and the Actor. Suddenly, the suspicion arises that the Artist may be using the project to create what she has failed to achieve in real life. When the Artist’s stomach begins to grow, a sense of unease spreads throughout the production. The Actor and the crew begin to question the Artist’s capability to finish the project.
