Screenwriter. Born 5/3 1983. Graduated as a screenwriter from the National Film School of Denmark.
August made his feature film debut as a scriptwriter with 'Darkland' (2017) directed by Fenar Ahmad. His second feature 'Valhalla' (2019) continues the collaboration with Ahmad. He has served as a screenwriter on several episodes of TV series such as 'Follow the Money' season 3 (2019) and HBO Nordic's 'Conqueror' (2020).
He also wrote the screenplay for the short film 'Maja' (2018), which won the prize for best short film at Tribeca Film Festival in 2019.
