Born 1984, Iran. Fled with his parents at the age two from Teheran to Denmark. Attended classes in directing and editing at the European Film College in Ebeltoft and received Nordisk Film's talent scholarship. Graduated from Supe16, Copenhagen's alternative film school 2005.
