Born 1977, Denmark. Lived in Mozambique during her childhood. B.A. in Communication, Roskilde University. Graduate in documentary film from the National Film School of Denmark, 2007. Trained at the school of photography Fatamorgana and since has held numerous exhibitions.
Ditte Haarløv's graduation film "One Day" was selected for IDFA's Student Competition in 2007, where it received a Special Mention. The film went on to win plaudits at SilverDocs, IndieLisboa, DOC:Leipzig and One World Film in Prague. "Hjemløs"/Homeless" is her second documentary.
