Nørgaard Munk has a Masters degree in Film Science and Visual Anthropology from the University of Copenhagen. He is also the Berlinale Talent alumni of 2020.
His films are at the crossroads of ethnography and hybrid documentaries. His first mid-length film "Gushegu Exile", premiered at CPH: DOX 2018, and later won the award for best documentary at the EKO International Film Festival in Nigeria.
