Playwright, scriptwriter. Born 1970. Debuted as a playwright in 1993. Works in film, TV series, radio and opera.
Weis has won the esteemed Danish Reumert theatre award three times as Best Playwright and has gained a number of additional distinctions for his theatre work.
'That Time of Year' (2018) is Weis’ first feature film as scriptwriter.
Weis is a teacher at the Danish National School of Performing Arts.
