Producer. Katrine A. Sahlstrøm holds a bachelor degree in film and media studies from the universities of Copenhagen and Amsterdam.
Sahlstrøm has worked with film since 2003, the first many years as a PA for Lars von Trier and producer assistant on von Trier's films as well as films by Nikolaj Arcel and Thomas Vinterberg.
In 2011 Sahlstrøm began producing documentaries. Her producer debut 'Ai Weiwei The Fake Case' (2013) was nominated and shortlisted for the grand prize at IDFA. Since then she has produced films such as 'False Confessions' (2018), which won the audience award at CPH:DOX, and 'The War Photographer' (2019).
