Journalist, author, screenwriter. Born 28/9 1966. Graduated as a ph.d. in neurobiology from Aarhus University.
Frank has written for the Danish daily Weekendavisen since 1998. Her book 'The Pleasure Shock: The Rise of Deep Brain Stimulation and Its Forgotten Inventor' (2016) is the basis of Pernille Rose Grønkjær's documentary 'Hunting for Hedonia' (2019) about Deep Brain Stimulation. Lone Frank co-wrote the screenplay alongside Grønkjær.
In 2014 Frank appeared in Grønkjær's documentary 'Genetic Me'.
