Producer. Born 1 September 1966 in London. Educated at the National Film School of Denmark, 1991-1995.
Flindt Pedersen has produced a great number of shorts and documentary films and series since 1995, including prizewinning titles such as 'Good Things Await' (2014) by Phie Ambo and 'Natural Disorder' (2015) by Christian Sønderby Jepsen. In 2017 she also produced Phie Ambo's '...When you look away' about the human consciousness.
In 1997 Malene Flindt Pedersen founded the documentary film company Hansen & Pedersen Film og Fjernsyn together with director Anders Riis-Hansen. She was head of development for shorts and documentaries at the Danish Film Institute, 2006-2012.
