Moved to Denmark from Iran as a seven-year-old. After working in the telecom industry, he began working in film. He made his feature film debut as a producer in 2017 with 'While We Live', which was directed by his older brother Mehdi Avaz and written by his younger brother Milad Avaz. 'Collision' (2019) is a continuation of that collaboration and his sophomore film.
He co-founded the production company Rocket Road Brothers with his brothers. The company is behind both 'While We Live' and 'Collision'.
