Sidsel Lønvig Siersted

Producer. Born 1982. Graduated from the University of Copenhagen with a master’s degree in film and media studies.

Siersted has been working as a producer since 2011. Her debut in the long-form documentary format was ‘A Different Kind of Boy’ (2013) by Ulrik Wivel. She has since produced ‘Natural Disorder’ (2015) by Christian Sønderby Jepsen, which competed at the main competition at IDFA, and ‘A Modern Man’ by Eva Mulvad nominated for an IDA Award. Her filmography further counts ‘Democrats’ (2014), ‘Something Better to Come’ (2016), ‘Love Child’ (2019), ‘Hunting for Hdonia’ (2019), ‘The Edge of Democracy’ (2019) and ‘Have a Nice Day’ (2019).
