Producer. Born 12/3 1961. Graduated as producer from The National Film School of Denmark in 1989.
Through the years Thomas Heinesen has produced a number of feature films including Christina Rosendahl's 'Triple Dare' (2006), which won a danish Robert Award for Children- and Family Film of the Year, Niels Arden Oplev's 'Worlds Apart' (2008) and 'Speed Walking' (2014), which were both nominated for several Robert Awards, Christian Tafdrup's 'Parents' (2016), which won multiple Bodil Awards, and the animation adventure 'The Incredible Story of the Giant Pear' (2017), which is based on Jakob Martin Striid's book of the same name.
