At the 12th Mumbai Film Festival an all-woman jury chaired by Jane Campion will choose the winning film in the international competition, which includes the awardwinning prison drama 'R'. The festival—screening 200 films from 58 countries—will be presenting their Lifetime Achievement Award to US director Oliver Stone.
Mumbai festival, moreover, has selected seven new Danish films to participate in other programmes. To celebrate this event, a formal dinner will be held on Saturday 23 October for festival delegates and members of the Indian Film Industry. This occasion is co-hosted by the Danish Film Institute and the Royal Danish Embassy in New Dehli.

Following last year's successful Film Business Centre at Mumbai festival, this centre will continue to facilitate liaisons between international film professionals and Indian distributors who will be on the lookout for films from the participating foreign sales agents and producers.
