Pingvinen Monrad og resten af Junglebanden har i de senere år sørget for at opretholde fred og glæde i junglen. Nu møder de imidlertid deres hidtil største udfordring i form af den djævelske koalabjørn Igor og hans tungnemme bavianhåndlangere, som har planer om at udslette junglen, og alt hvad den indeholder.
