Do you work as a young producer in an established company or have you established your own production company recently? And are you in Cannes during the Film Festival 2021?
Then we would like to invite you to take part in YOUNG NORDIC PRODUCERS CLUB 2021.
For four days, we will look into as many aspects of co-producing as possible. We have invited several experienced film professionals in producing, distribution, sales, international strategy, marketing, and festivals to share their experience with us. We also present a couple of cases in co-production and international film sales.
The program is also focusing on sharpening and increasing your network. We will set up a network lunch and network, drinks & mingle with representatives from Nordic and European film institutes, Nordic Film and TV Fund, Nordic Creative Europe Desks, film funds, international production companies etc.
Program
Cannes Film Festival has announced the festival to take place July 6th – 17th, 2021.
The YNPC program takes place from Friday July 9th – Monday July 12th.
We are still working on the final program, so changes may occur:
Friday July 9th from approx.12:00–16:00
Saturday July 10th from 10:00–15:00
Sunday July 11th from 10:00–15:30 and drinks and mingling from 17:00–19:30
Monday July 12 from 10:00–14:00
How to apply
The participants fee is 125 € and the deadline for sending your application is May 15th 2021.

This invitation is sent to producers in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland and Denmark.
Please note that YNCP is aimed at producers who already have an accreditation to the Cannes Film Festival.
About YNPC
We are Noemi Ferrer, Acting Executive Director, DR Sales and Tina í Dali Wagner, CEO in FILMGREB and Head of The Faroese Film Institute. Our intention is to create a program to strengthen the Nordic producers’ network and to support international co-production.
We have room for approx. 24 producers from the Nordic countries and the program is designed to encourage and strengthen networking among Nordic producers.
