COURSE CONTENT
The Production Management course will cover all the aspects of managing an animation film or TV project that are crucial for it to be completed within its allocated timeframe and budget, and at the promised level of quality. The instructors will discuss both 2d and 3d productions, as well as different types of productions spanning from complex large-scale productions to smaller independent productions.
The course will go through the various steps of a production, starting at the point when the budget has been greenlighted and it is time to start the planning in details. During the course, the instructors will cover a series of topics that are needed when managing an animation film production. The participants will be guided through the process of a production and train the ability to foresee challenges and analyze the possibilities within the given budget when it comes to style, artists etc.

Please note: it is also possible to attend the course online. Physical and online participants will be asked to pay the same fee.
