Thure Lindhardt og Mads Mikkelsen blev lørdag den 8. november nomineret til European Film Awards, som afholdes den 6. december i København.
De to danske skuespillere er nomineret i kategorien European Actor for deres indsats i "Flammen & Citronen", som er instrueret af Ole Christian Madsen og produceret af Nimbus Film.
Nomineringerne til European Film Awards blev offentliggjort unnder afholdesen af Sevilla Filmfestival, hvor der i år er særligt fokus på Danmark med en stor serie med danske film.
