Aspects of political tract in a satirical comedy film made almost entirely by women (popular male Fuzzy slipped in among the composer credits) comes on as folksy entertainment born by the mid-1970's women's liberation movement. Tove Maës plays the lead as a middle-aged housewife who has dreams of entering the job market, taking part in a strike and generally serving as a merry beacon of hope for womanhood.
