Screenwriter, director. Born 1975, Denmark. Graduated from the National Film School of Denmark in 2001.
Regular writing partner with director Nikolaj Arcel whose collaborations include 'King's Game' (2004), 'Island of Lost Souls' (2007), 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' (2009), 'Truth about Men' (2010) and 'A Royal Affair' (2012). The latter won them two Silver Bears in Berlin (including Best Screenplay) and a Golden Globe nomination as well as an Oscar nomination.
Made his directorial debut with the feature film 'In the Blood' (2016), which premiered at Toronto and won a Danish Bodil award for best feature.
